A young boy in traditional Cypriot attire stands in the foreground, his form clear and steady. Behind him, another boy appears only in fragments — a fadetive that time has fused.

Their open arms create the illusion of closeness, a friendship formed entirely by coincidence. In this meeting of presence and disappearance, the work cad outline is a partial embrace. Though they seem to belong to the same photograph, their images were born from two different glass negatives, the tenderness of human connection — even between those who never truly met.

A bond imagined by time, sealed by decay.
