Out of Nowhere is a wall installation developed from the deteriorated surfaces of fused glass negatives. Through scanning, colour intervention, and recomposition, the damaged photographic material is transformed into abstract landscapes resembling aerial views of rivers, forests, swamps, and geological formations. The work marks a shift in the artist’s practice from archival extraction toward freer visual reconstruction, where decay becomes a compositional field rather than a historical residue.Exhibited in Nicosia 2025.
